Rachel Fisher

Fitness Coach

Rachel is a fitness coach with a broad background and a keen interest in human behavior. She studied psychology at The Ohio State University and received an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, focusing on managerial and organizational behavior. She is a former college triathlete, CrossFit coach, goal setting director and yoga instructor, and has spent years studying and applying her knowledge of self-control, goal pursuit and choice, as well as endurance training for individuals preparing for marathons and triathlons.
