Weekly Group Fitness
Mondays (Strength): 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm
Tuesdays (Anaerobic): 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm
Wednesdays (Strength): 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm
Thursdays (Recovery): 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm
Fridays (Strength): 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm, 4pm
Saturdays(Muscular Endurance): 8:30am
* Sign-up is not required; simply show up in exercise attire. Fitness coaches modify movements in workouts to account for individual abilities. For an optimal first workout at SHIFT, please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to introduce yourself to the fitness coach teaching class and to become acquainted with the space.
One-on-one personal training is also available to all Members. SHIFT has partnered with Jim Karas Intelligent Fitness & Wellness to provide our personal training services in-studio or in home. Personal training is ideal for our Members who need additional support or instruction due to injury, those who are new to a fitness program or those who desire to take their current program to the next level.
