SHIFT fitness experts design a custom 12-week fitness program via our digital platform, Trainerize®. An introductory consultation call may be required to gather information about your health goals, physical limitations, and injury history. Add body composition (DEXA) scans ($200/scan) and cardiopulmonary fitness (VO2 max) tests ($150/test) to understand your baseline and track your progress on your health journey in an evidence-based way.
Trainerize® App
Access your fitness program wherever and whenever you need it. Our digitized fitness solution allows you to view video tutorials of each exercise, record meaningful progress data, add your own supplemental workouts, and connect fitness wearables to record additional movement data. Your fitness expert will monitor your Trainerize® App for questions and concerns to ensure you are receiving the support you need.
