Abby Wills

Client Relations & Facility Manager

As Client Relations & Facility Manager, Abby is responsible for overseeing facility operations and ensuring that all SHIFT Members have an excellent experience.

A recent transplant from Michigan, Abby has a background in hospitality management and customer service. Most recently, she worked as the Special Events Coordinator for the West Michigan Whitecaps, a Minor League Baseball team affiliated with the Detroit Tigers. Abby received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has a service driven spirit and a true passion for bringing people together.

In her free time, Abby loves to attend concerts and spend time outdoors. When she isn’t immersed in nature, she can be found reading at a local coffee shop or trying a new restaurant in the city.
