As the Fitness Coach at Shift, Ashley performs VO2 Max assessments, Functional Movement Screens, and assists in behavior change coaching. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University and a master’s in Health Promotion and Wellness Coaching from California University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. Before joining SHIFT, Ashley created a fitness program at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, managing all personal training and group exercise programming.
Ashley loves helping people find their own unique passion for their health and fitness goals. Beginning a health journey can often feel intimidating, but Ashley works to empower people with the confidence necessary to own decisions and build habits in a sustainable way. Ashley enjoys running Chicago races, as well as trying new fitness classes, dancing, and hanging out with friends and family.
