Natalia Delgado

Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant at SHIFT, Natalia is a collaborative and creative resource for individuals and teams pursing organizational initiatives and special projects

Natalia graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management. Prior to joining the SHIFT team, she spent nearly five years at the Chicago Transit Authority. Natalia is a process driven supporter, who loves to solve all types of problems, and a strong Latina who understands the complex needs of people, teams, and organizations focused on delivering excellence. She has a unique ability to create processes and structures that enable others to work more efficiently and productively.

Natalia’s passions are spending time with her family and friends, traveling, fashion and playing with her puppy. Natalia is faith driven, loves to help people, and cares for others deeply.
