A graduate from Grand Valley State University with a degree in clinical Exercise Science, Scott has strong experience in developing and delivering adapted fitness programs. Before joining SHIFT, he worked as the Lead Exercise Physiologist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly RIC) and before that, as a high school athletic coach and at various physical therapy clinics. He is passionate about rethinking and redesigning the delivery of healthcare and seeks to support people through an integrated approach to health, fitness, and wellness. Scott also believes that exercise and a good sense of humor have the power to transform and inspire others. His hobbies include playing volleyball, traveling, and spending quality time with others over a warm cup of coffee.
